Billboard Women in Music Awards 2022: Red Carpet Fashion

Girl power! Everyone from HIS for Christina Aguilera stepped out to walk the purple carpet and celebrate the 2022 Billboard Women in Music Awards on Wednesday, March 2.
While the night was all about spotlighting their killer songs and incredible accomplishments within the industry, the ladies obviously focused on fashion too.
From funky prints and pops of color to punk rock vibes and barely there dresses, there was no shortage of fabulous fashion from the evening. Of course, Us Weekly has all the details on who wore what.
To take Olivia Rodrigue for example. The “Good 4 U” singer stayed true to her grunge-meet-glam style in an adorable dress by Area. The soft white silhouette and dazzling bustier were offset by thick black straps and a chunky black belt.
As for accessories, the High School Musical: The Musical star, who won the Woman of the Year award, kept it simple. She paired her dress with chunky notched-soled boots and a handful of Pandora rings.
Doja Cat was another standout style of the night. The singer has made it clear that her style is all about funky silhouettes – take a look at her wild wardrobe from the MTV Video Music Awards. Last night’s show was no different. The singer opted for a Carolina Herrera dress which featured a plunging neckline and a voluminous tulle skirt.
While both of these ladies opted for neutral hues, a major trend of the night was wild pops of color and pattern. Since Heidi KlumMoschino Rainbow Stripe Peplum Dress Coco Jonesblue and green Ndigo Studio midi dress, the purple carpet was all about going bright and bold.
Tinashe followed the trend, hitting the stage in a polka dot dress by Christopher John Rogers with pops of lime green, orange, purple and blue. The strapless number upped the ante on the brim factor with a zipper front. She loved her look so much that she even shared a 360 video on her Instagram page. Unsurprisingly, his fans crumbled. “Stunning!!!!” Love the dress,” one user wrote, while another said, “Such a cute and fun look, love it.
