Diddy set to host and produce the 2022 Billboard Music Awards

Sean “Diddy” Combs will not only host but executive produce the 2022 Billboard Music Awards.
The legendary music mogul hosting gig comes 25 years after he received his first Billboard award for his multi-platinum album ‘No Way Out’.
“It will be different from any awards show. I bring the love and I set the frequency at an all-time high,” the multi-hyphenated celeb said. “The Billboard Music Awards truly represent artists and where music is today, so I’m thrilled to put on the biggest live performances and surprises. The world has to tune in to see.
According to the award release, the event will include a reimagining of the show that will feature several surprises. The show will honor Mary J. Blige with the Icon Award and will also have a performance by the singer. Viewers can also expect to see performances from their favorites like Burna Boy, Latto, Megan Thee Stallion, Rauw Alejandro, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, and more.
