Jennifer Lopez, who won an AMA for Favorite Latin Artist and performed at the show in 2011, went all out in a long sheer black dress (with a little train!) that gave the illusion of flowers climbing over his body. The dress was asymmetrical, covering one arm and one leg and leaving the other side bare.

Legs for days! Jennifer Hudson showed off her legs in a draped Jenny Packham mini dress and black studded Christian Louboutin heels.

Lady A’s Hillary Scott stunned in a classic black strapless belted dress covered in silver sequins. Since her band won Favorite Country Band/Duo/Group, it was only fitting that this look would also be a fashion win!

Heidi Klum was giving off cool girl vibes in a silver laser-cut Giles Deacon dress paired with navy blue underwear. She completed the look with tousled hair, dark eye makeup and python pumps.

Ellie Goulding chose a Christopher Kane LBD with a sheer neckline and a cut-out waist that showed off her abs in 2011.

Katherine Heigl turned heads in a plunging black dress with embellished straps cinched at the waist. The actress, who presented at the show, kept her jewelry minimal except for the tassel earrings.
