Travis Scott will be doing his first TV performance since November’s Astroworld tragedy at the Billboard Music Awards, and it appears to be Diddy’s handiwork.

Diddy (born Sean Combs) hosts the 2022 Billboard Music Awards, which will air Sunday, May 15 on NBC, from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

Shortly after Scott’s performance was announced on Monday, Diddy, 52, took to Instagram with a video revealing that he had “demanded” Scott perform.

Diddy added that he hosted and produced the show, and that “Travis Scott has to perform”.

“And NBC said yes. So it’s going downhill. Travis Scott will be on stage. Yes. Let’s go. This is love,” Diddy said.
